A gnarled tree stump in a forest setting, surrounded by fallen leaves and greenery under dappled sunlight, creating a calm, natural scene.

Here's an unusual thought: what if nature had the ability to observe life? What would its perspective be? Mary Contrary suggests nature already imitates us and invites you to see this through rare images. Intrigued? Presenting: Abstract Art: "Life, By Nature"

You probably don't see it. But it can be right on your doorstep. There it is, in a street tree, a city park, or your local natural area: nature imitating life. "Hey Beautiful Beast, what Has Man Done to You!" or "Oh Hello Human, What Are You Doing in that Tree?" it seems to say.

We're not asking you to believe in fairy tales; rather, we invite you to pause for a moment and consider the concept. Because to guide you on a new journey of perception, Perspective Living is pleased to present some rare images by Mary Contrary. So, here is Mary Contrary's extraordinary perspective: Abstract Art: "Life, By Nature"

"Beauful Beast: What Has Man Done To You?"

A large, weathered tree stump in a forest, surrounded by fallen leaves and greenery. It resembles a sad looking beast. Sunlight filters through the trees, creating dappled shadows.
A weathered piece of wood, resembling a melancholic beast with sad eyes, blends into the leafy undergrowth, evoking contemplation on nature and humanity. This piece of abstract art is aptly titled "Hey You, Beautiful Beast, What Has Man Done To You?"
Weathered tree trunk with a large hole, surrounded by fallen leaves and branches. Soft sunlight highlights the textured wood in a forest.
As the fallen tree lies gracefully in the forest, and its smooth, swirling patterns are marred by a lodged poisonous dart, it provides a striking reminder of human intrusion in nature's domain. Believe it or not, it was found like this, including the little dart!

"Hey Little Distracted Human, Do You Even Notice Life Around You?"

Young tree with multiple trunks surrounded by fallen autumn leaves resembling a little human in the middle. Sunlight filters through the dense forest background, creating a serene mood.
A whimsical tree formation appears to mimic a human figure holding a phone amidst the autumn leaves in the forest.
Close-up of tree stump with green branches and orange leaves on the ground. Damp, earthy setting, suggesting a forest in autumn.
A fantastic encounter unfolds as a big-headed figure (yes you, human) peers out from behind a twisted tree, lost in a moment of curiosity (on its smartphone) amidst the autumn leaves.

"Whoa, Watch Where You Are Going, Tall, Busy Human!"

Abstract art: Sunlit forest scene with a fallen tree across a path surrounded by lush green foliage and ivy-covered ground, creating a peaceful mood.
Watch your step! A fallen tree creates an unexpected hurdle on this tranquil forest trail. Or could it be a person, and a tall one at that? Tall human, make sure to watch where you're going next time, always so deep in thought!

"Mind where you are going, Sprawled Out Giant!"

"You Too, Froggy?"

Snow-covered tree stump in a forest with fallen leaves on the ground and bare branches, creating a cold, wintry atmosphere in the middle of nature.
A snow-covered wooden stump in nature, a winter forest, playfully resembles a frog peeking through the winter foliage. We call this piece of abstract art: "You Too, Froggy?!"

"Sticking Your Head in That Sand Again, Human?"

Two tall trees with textured bark are joined at the base in a lush, green forest setting in nature, with leaves scattered on the ground.
An amusing tree in the forest resembles an upside-down person with legs in the air, playfully mimicking the ostrich-like habit of humans "hiding their head in the sand" when encountering someting unpleasant or a problem.
Dense forest scene with tall trees and lush green foliage. The ground is covered with leaves and twigs, creating a tranquil, natural atmosphere.
Lost in thought or just lost, tall lady? A dense forest invites introspection amidst its serene greenery.

"Hey Little Lost Crocodile... What Are You Doing In Europe?"

Forest floor with fallen leaves, a broken birch log, which resembles a little crocodile like creature, and ivy on a tree trunk. Dense greenery creates a serene, natural setting.
A broken birch log lies on the forest floor, its shape intriguingly mimicking a small crocodile amidst the lush greenery. Who'd have thought, a croc in Europe!

Oh hello there! Shhhh, Crog and Dog are in conversation...

"The Tale of the Squirrel and the Little Smiling Deer"

Tree stumps arranged in a row near a parking lot. One of them placed on top looks like a little deer. Background features a wire fence, greenery, and a parked black car. Sunny setting.
A creative wooden sculpture bringing to mind the picture of a deer adds a touch of whimsy to a park near Mary's home, all thanks to a visionary artist who found the log.
Tree stumps arranged in a row, with a large, irregular branch on top resembling a little deer, set in a grassy area near a metal fence and parking lot.
Upon closer inspection: The whimsical tree stump formation appears to smile at passersby, inviting them to see the joy in nature's abstract art. "Hello, Little Smiling Deer!"
Log fence made of variously sized wooden posts, including one Y-shaped piece that looks like a shiny squirel, set against lush green bushes in a garden setting.
Opposite the Little Smiling Deer sits its friend Shiny Squirrel. Because there on an array of wooden logs on end, showcasing a natural formation, another wooden block intriguingly resembles the shape of a squirrel nestled among them.

So, we hope you enjoyed: Abstract art and "Life By Nature". We also hope that the next time you, along with your friends, family, or children, find yourselves in nature, you'll observe something similar. Keep your eyes and mind open!
